What is the process?

01.

Free Consultation

In this free chemistry call, I'll ask about your goals and expectations.

Based on our conversation, we can determine if an engagement package (with a specific number of sessions) or individual sessions are needed and if assessments will be taken into account.

Feel free to ask about the process, services, my credentials, and anything related to the services and pricing.

​

After this session, I will send you a proposal for the frequency, duration, and cost of our engagement.

02.

First Session: Initiate Partnership/ Contracting

In this first session, we'll clarify your objectives, grounding rules, communication preference, and expectations.

We'll also set boundaries, ensure confidentiality, and address any ethical considerations.

​

Additionally, you'll agree that potential assessments might be beneficial for the "discovery stage.".

03.

Discovery & Comprehensive Assessments Sessions

During the discovery stage, we'll explore your emotions, mental frameworks, and any biases through an open and thoughtful conversation. But the most important are "who you are" and "what are your core values?" This process is designed to help you identify your true self.

If any assessments are necessary, I will share the results with you during our sessions.

04.

Reflection & Learning Sessions

Based on your unique needs, I will use specific models and tools to address behaviors and create a tailored development plan.

Throughout our journey, we’ll continuously revisit our goals, give and receive feedback, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure your progress.

05.

Feedback Sessions & Transition Ownership

In the final stage of our coaching journey, our sessions will focus on transitioning full ownership of your development and performance to you.

These sessions are designed to reinforce your accountability and resourcefulness. My role as a coach is to help you build the necessary skills and confidence to independently access and utilize your own resources effectively.

This ensures that you are empowered to continue your growth through self-sufficiency.
